Fam— would anyone be interested in a Glassdoor for black people? i.e anonymized reviews of companies from POCs. I think it would be massively helpful in gauging the diversity and inclusivity of a company outside polished recruitment processes and would publicly hold companies accountable. Thoughts?

Trying to see what fellow practitioners think about the different areas of Cybersecurity. What do you think is the best area to be in, and which is the worst. I’m talking anything from pay to opportunity and long term outlook for that area.
I would have to say Cloud Security is the best overall and probably say training / end user education is the worst.
This is also not just based off of personal preference but I’m thinking long term growth in the area / pay / opportunity, etc

GME HODL - oh yeah!
I have a “Rollover IRA” account that I’ve had for years which contains funds rolled over from old employer 401k account. Found out if I want to open a new “Traditional IRA” account to contribute $6000 this year and roll it over to a “Roth IRA” account (Backdoor IRA), that this would cause tax complications. What should I do with the “Rollover IRA” account? Roll it over to my Accenture 401k? Are there any smarter options? Appreciate the advice.
Anyone can refer a good Tax advisor (not just tax preparer) in the South Florida area? Thanks!
At what point will you have “enough” (salary, NW, retirement assets, whatever metric)? Wondering how others think of the tension between the desire to accumulate more and more (not disparaging as greed, this can be related to virtuous motives too) versus reaching a point of satisfaction/contentment.

Currently a 25 y/o that just started at fidelity as a customer relationship advocate. Still in the middle of licensing for my SIE, Series 7 and series 63. I have 15,000$ in a traditional pre tax 401K, 50,000$ in savings and another 15,000$ in a traditional brokerage account through Webull (which is not doing so well due to trial and error investments in SPACS). I also have 5,000 in my checking account. Any general advice for me in my career starting out at the entry level in financial services?
Everyone here seems to make way more than i do (even the other accounting folks!) So hoping to hear some encouraging success stories of people who made 60-70k and bought a house/condo/townhome w that (no familial or spousal support) and what the budget/outcome was. My income will be split this year as i got a raise but in the 70-75k range of salary and it seems impossible. FL for reference
For people who live and plan to buy a home in HCOL cities, what’s your savings strategy for a down payment?
Currently 26, make $120K and put about 10% post tax into a Roth 401k and then anywhere from 20-40% into VOO. Goal is to be able to afford a down payment for a $1.5M home in 5-7 years.
Sometimes I get a bit concerned I’m not putting enough towards retirement, but with how expensive homes, can’t really budget any more towards it.
