You’re not alone. I cried in my bed for 2 hours Sunday for the same reason. For me it helps to just let it out and experience the feelings— put a name to them, face them, and then turn to the next month. Frustration, sadness, envy, grief...you can’t pretend they’re aren’t real. It’s ok to have those feelings and they are justified and reasonable.
And then I try to take my mind off things. Go for a walk, call a friend (who doesn’t know you’re TTC), cook something delicious. And then start getting hopeful again for the next cycle.
Sending you love and care. Maybe this month will be luckier for both of us. ❤️

You’re definitely not alone. And unlike with so many other experiences, it doesn’t get easier with time and repetition. Give yourself some grace to feel the feels, then drink some wine and eat some sushi as a very very tiny silver lining.
Has been happening since 4 years. For two years I would cry for two days every time new cycle started and now it’s down to two hours.. seems like I have got used to that feeling of sadness.
Totally understand the feeling, am on 7th failed iui which I came to know yesterday. It felt that this is the one and all of a sudden you are back on a new cycle and trying to muster the courage and hope for another one..
