Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

Have anyone of you given the Amazon Online Assessment for MBA summer internship 2023? If so, how long does it take for Amazon to reach out with a decision about next round post OA ?
It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back anything yet. Looking to see if it’s the same with fellow applicants. Thank you

not even that badly tbh. sometimes it really comes down to how well your manager likes you, which often you can (but not always) control. you just need to try your best and show a good attitude at all times. never let your guard down.
years ago, i got a return offer because one saturday i volunteered to work late to finish something and the partner was impressed. i heard later that it was the moment i had gotten myself a return offer. another intern on my start class said something out of line during one meeting one time and the VP in charge of his of project remembered, and he didn’t come back

Yeah. Agreed.
Don’t get drunk with SM’s and partners
U cant mess this up buddy. Interns dont do chit. Just go to coffee chats and happy hours, you are golden
Uuh one intern I knew let everyone that could hear know he didn't like his assigned group (included everyone in his group) and spent so much time trying to network to find a team he liked.
Not sure if he knew the group you work with during internship usually hires you for full-time... the team didn't want to extend an offer after he pretty much told them he didn't like it and never made attempts to cover it up.
The thing is we were allowed not to like our groups but ppl with common sense communicated directly to HR and they looked for a different group to bring you in full-time. Dont tell your currently assigned group you hate it knowing they put the recommendation in for if you get a full-time offer.
As a manager, I didn't really interact much with the intern we have. I'd check with the team occasionally if they are performing as expected and that's about it. So if you were on my team, you're getting an offer unless you screw something up big time.

Agree. It’s an offer unless there is a reason not to give an offer.
I did 3 internships in undergrad, none of them offered me full time position.
Managers wanted to keep me but HR said no because I was on a student visa
Let’s see, I had one intern back in my consulting days that consistently swore in front of the clients (everything but the f-word), fell asleep on a few occasions in the clients lunch / break area, and was caught sneaking drinks from the bar at firm functions even though he was underage. Needless to say he did not get an offer
