How creative does a CV from a Creative have to be? Everything I’ve ever learned about writing/layouting of resumes is still from the time I worked in Marketing. Now I’m a bit lost in how ‘special’-looking my CV has to be as a Creative.

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??

I've been on the hunt for my new adventure (not in that industry). I am finding it hard! Majority of the time I don't hear back. When I do get interviews, I get "we decided not to fill this role," or I get to the final round and am not selected. I am looking for advice on my resume and cover letter. I want to get more hits on my applications.
