Sorry for the long rant, but could use advice or just encouragement.

Got laid off for the first time in my career 3 weeks ago. I have 10 years of PM experience (mostly ecommerce & experimentation). I was fortunate in the past to have had recruiters scout me directly so this is the first time in over a decade that I am applying to everything that I’m qualified for, mostly qualified for, and way over qualified for with zero leads. Only 3 interviews thus far that didn’t go forward.

Read some posts that wipro is delaying joining by more than a month.

Anyone has any insider info on what is going on.

Supposedly they take 3 months to work so would love to hear personal success stories before we dive in. Any hope??

We had a trip planned this weekend that I’ve been looking forward to for months. Today our 3 yo was throwing a massive tantrum and out of frustration my husband said if he didn’t stop the trip would be canceled. He didn’t stop. Now the trip is canceled because we have to carry through with consequences and show a unified front. Now I’m pissed because it was a stupid consequence and I’m being punished more than our kid is.
