EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?

Depends, if you commit a big HR or expense violation you can be fired on the spot.
At manager performance takes longer. Politically someone/group made the decision to hire or promote that person so they’re also invested in that persons role not being a mistake.
You have to screw up a little bit and piss off someone higher up to get a pip and then eventually get fired.
Worked with a manager years ago who ended up finding a new job in industry. Found out after the fact they were on a pip and close to being let go which added up based on my experience as a more junior staff. Our engagement seemed to be the ‘prove yourself’ opportunity and I venture to say it wasn’t going well at all. On the bright side the partner liked me and had lots of stretch opportunities so guess it worked out for me, selfishly.

Usually low ratings lead to getting let go, but getting rolled off a project and sitting on the bench will also get you fired in pretty short order during times like this
