Jeff Bezos is famous for saying that Work-Life balance doesn’t exist and that it’s all just really a circle of trade-offs. For me, it means that I take the time to enjoy the things I like to do and don’t completely make myself about my work. How would you define WLB?

Apologies if this had been brought up before, but in the “long run” (ie. within the next 3-4 years) how do you see the traveling business model being set up for each one of the MBB’s? What percentage of travel will it be per month? Do you think there will be more flexibility with hybrid? If you only want to be staffed on local projects - can that be better accommodated?

My bonus at Deloitte was supposed to be 16%. They blame market conditions, covid, etc, etc and I basically get 4% every year. I was considered a top performer (5/5). Question- are bonuses actually paid out at McKinsey? Joined 3 weeks ago.
