KPMG I’m confused on your referral process. Had a friend refer me before I made an account, made an account, applied to two jobs and got rejected (that’s fine). But if I want to apply to a third job, will it still be under her referral or do I need a new referral? (She said she can’t refer me again for 12 months) I’m not even sure if I applied correctly under her referral. The first two jobs I applied for were through talent community as I normally would without a referral. Help, I’m so lost :(

I was messaged by a recruiter on LinkedIn after marking myself open to opportunities. Interview process was super quick, screening with the recruiter and then a panel interview with 3 BDR managers, got a call less than an hour later from the recruiter letting me know there would make me an offer. FYI - at salesforce SDRs are inbound leads only, BDRs do outbound

Excellent. SDR is entry level. We look for people who are not easily defeated, learn from rejection - don't dwell on it, are enthusiastic, well spoken, have good writing skills, tech skills very much appreciated - Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.
