I’m currently at a director level of a large research program in academia and oversee operations. I have raised my PF transfer 3 years back. My previous organisation sent me Annexure K which mentioned that NEFT details. However amount is not reflecting in passbook. I have raised 6 grievance on portal in last 1 year and every time reply that either software is being update or amount found and will update passbook.
