Ultimately your personality has to mesh with your client. If you’re trying to hard, your client will pick up on this. So, BE YOURSELF. I’ve lost clients over the decades. It’s ok. Not everyone likes me. I don’t like everyone. Be a good listener and carefully choose your clients. And stop worrying

Try not to be the “yes man”. Challenge ideas and processes tactfully. It says you’re engaged, and not afraid to speak up == assertive.

Assertive or inflexible? I've found people often interchange the words and they have different meanings.

As a woman, once I have enough power to manage my team, I will allow other women to take the first day of their periods off. It is too unfair to have to work through all the pain. My periods are super painful and I have no energy to sit straight.

When do you call it quits? We’ve been trying for over 2 years, 5 IUIs, 2 rounds of IVF with 4 failed transfers (1 miscarriage, 2 chemicals and 1 no implantation). We have two embryos left and will transfer those but I don’t know how much more my heart can take.
