I have been interviewed in UBS mumbai and got selected for risk reporting specialist role. I have work experience of 1.8 years in Business Intelligence. I have mentioned them expected ctc b/w 12 to 15 lpa The HR says that they will be able to provide around 12(plus variable) . Will it be good to join? My current ctc is 6.5 lpa Considering that i need to pay some amount in my present organisation as i am still in bond period. Need sugg. if 12 lpa is good for mumbai & with the experience i have.

Posting on behalf of a friend: Currently at Deloitte in Cyber (100% client facing) and just got an offer for an internal cyber role at McKinsey. Wanted to know if internal employees get the same benefits (PTO, 401k match, Grad school assistance for high performers) and if there were ever opportunities to move into 100% client facing roles for internal employees.

How many overtime hours pay did you all receive as an analyst? In my offer, it stated I will be eligible to receive overtime pay as a CDP analyst so how much more $$$ is that for the year? 3k? 5k? Etc I’m currently deciding between Accenture and big 4 right now.

Currently at Meta (working as a Program Manager) and considering accepting a role with Disney Streaming to support the scaling of Disney+. My dream however is to eventually work at Google. Would my application be considered more interesting coming straight from Meta or would diversified experience with Meta and Disney+ be better? Would love to hear perspectives on this! Thanks.

NEED ADVICE 😭😭 Leaving for my 1st tradeshow cross-country. It begins @ 3pm, so my boss bought an 8 am flight of 3 hours. I've read SO MUCH *in 2022* of canceled flights ... I wouldn't freak out any other year. Also my 1st time solo @ a major airport as I've always been w/ someone! If my flight gets canceled how do I get on the NEXT earliest flight & can I check other airlines for earlier flights w/out losing money? I'd prefer a flight the night before but the extra night in a hotel was a no-go
