Step 1: choose a target country, Europe is a big, diverse place
Step 2: learn the language. In most big European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain...), you will likely need to speak the local language fluently to get a job. Might be able to get by with English only in the Netherlands or Scandinavia
Step 3: See what opportunities your own firm offers for transfer/secondment. This is the most straightforward way to get your foot in the door.
Step 4: If there are no transfer opportunities, network like crazy and try applying for a position. If your profile is competitive enough (ie. to make it worth the hassle of a company hiring a foreigner), you may get lucky and they’ll interview you and offer a job and sponsorship for work authorization.
