Force yourself to at least get up during the day. I have a Fitbit that reminds me every hour to move. Stand, walk, stretch. At least give your body to get out of the bad position.
Maybe also get an app or device that reminds you to correct your posture.
12 hours a day of bad posture like that can quickly lead to irreparable damage. You don't want chronic or other back problems. And even temporary issues are a pain to correct with weeks or months of stretching or physical therapy.
The standing desk changed my life. It’s not automatically easy, but it gets easier. And my back pain is gone.
I do the same thing. I put my yoga mat out next to my desk and while it’s not at all where it belongs it being right there helps me to get up to stretch randomly and it’s helped a lot. And a footstool as someone else above said.

Not sure of your desk chair situation but I got a thoracic lumbar support attachment for my chair. It sort of pushes my lower back forward and provides a cushion for the back. I initially got this since I felt back pain and wanted support, but Ive noticed it’s improved my posture as well. Link below just in case.

OP - yup it should! I use it on my office chair; the elastic bands to keep it in place and you pull on them to tighten it
