How can i grow my career in sap apo

I got turned down for three mid level design positions. I don’t know if it’s because my last position was as an art director and they’re just confused or if I seem not as enthusiastic about the role as I should be but it’s definitely disheartening because I’m unemployed and I need to get back to work. I have since decided to focus more on senior designer and Art Director roles at a higher rate and will go from there.

How are candidates from the gaming industry seen by T15 adcoms? Not game devs but those on the business side looking to get an MBA and return to gaming with goals of making C-level (ae. Activision, Blizzard, Ubisoft, etc)? Considered a unique industry?

Currently in FSO, working on a pretty big client and the partner on this engagement is a very “big deal”, a lot of people are scared of him. If I want to change to commercial audit do you think my current team and partner would give me a hard time? How do teams view a staff that wants to change team after one busy season ? In the L2, managerial round, is there any chances of getting rejected? There were only technical quest asked. I feel I could not clear it as HR gave m the feedback that interview said I am working on a support project in Infosys. There are other things as well in feedback but this was something strange.

I am having 2 YOE in SAP MDG. They are offering me 10.35 lpa CTC [9 LPA FIXED].
Is it fine or should I negotiate more?
