How can I know whether Capgemini has initiated or has completed my BGV process? I have joined on 29August2022. I have cleared all document insufficiency in their BGV portal. It shows in progress.

Please let me know. Do they send any email that they have initiated BGV.

I started at a new company a few weeks ago. The team has been so poorly managed and C suite hasn't been the best at managing them - I'm their first CD ever so I can see where they're coming from and what their concerns are.

One has just resigned, and another has told me and is thinking about looking. Red flag / sign for me to look too, or should I look past it and think about rebuilding things from the ground up. This is the first time I've come across this, so not sure how to approach things.

What's the optimal way to split your investments across Roth IRA, 401k, and brokerage? Right now I have 100% of all of them in index funds.

But say I'm close to retirement in the future and need to reallocate 10% to bonds. And later 20%, and later 30%, etc. Where do you put the bond portion? Not Roth IRA since I believe that should be the most aggressive. Is it brokerage? Or is it 401k depending on if it's traditional or Roth?

If a recruiter places someone at the firm, are they ethically/contractually precluded from working with that person to eventually leave the firm? Let's say it's been over a year.
