Is Medium a worthwhile institution to pay for?

I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason. I got an offer from another organization of almost double of my current ctc, my current organization offering me a Manager post in Abroad and asking me to withdraw my resign, it will take 4-6 month in visa processing, I am left with 30 days out of 90 days of my notice period.
