How can one move into deal advisory/Strategic consulting from a accounting/finance role.

Hi I've just graduated with a Master's Degree and and am currently on a Temporary Graduate Visa. I've been applying for jobs in Management consulting, Audit & Assurance and similar areas but it doesn't seem easy to land one.
I recently got referred at PwC for a graduate advisory role and I was wondering how it works. Will my resume still go through the ATS ? Any help and guidance will be appreciated

Do you think there’s a glass ceiling for out gay employees? I’ve been with my (now) husband for the last two decades and had three positions. I’ve absolutely excelled in each, winning awards, exceeding goals, working well. But with each position, I’ve had difficulty getting promoted. Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Hi All, Prior to my final round I received a mail from KPMG HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and Aadhar, PAN, graduation degree and filled Candidate Application Form. After that I gave my final round 2 days back i.e on Friday & it went really well. Later I didn't receive any communication on whether i am selected or not. Is it a good sign?
