What are tou interested in long term? You have plenty of options. As SDR, you can shift to sales engineering with some grit. You can work to become an SRE/devops engineer, a SWE(front end, back end, ML). All these bath start with building a foundation and working up from there. Where you are now and where you want to end up eventually can help us answer better.
Study the structure on how things are going in the IT industry and learn how to market it! Since you're already good at Sales, marketing it won't take much of your time. Then you can add technical skillsets to leverage your marketing and sales skills. Once you get your foot in the industry through the skills you already have, you will be able to grow into the industry in more IT or technical terms.
I think the first question is to ask yourself if you want a coding role or a more non-tech role that's still within the bubble of the tech industry, If you want to be coding, step one is learn to code. There are a lot of resources between books, bootcamps and websites that can help with that.
