Hi, can anyone let me know what is the min and Max fixed salary for Level 9 in Accenture. I am 6 years experienced, got an offer for 18.7LPA which includes 14.8LPA fixed and 3.9 Lpa VP? I feel the fixed is less compared to my current CTC which is 9.95 LPA all fixed and no VP.
