Don’t worry about it.. as long as your passport (name, DOB, pp#)and other visa related information (employer name and date) is correct you should be fine... if they see there is a need to update ur ds160 consulate office staff will send you next door (atleast in Mumbai BKC ) to update your ds160 and they have office staff to help you update ds160
OP, even if you have scheduled your interview, you can still update your new DS 160 number on the scheduling website. Look for an option to update profile. However, if you have to update it for someone who is accompanying you (dependent), you will need to call them to update at the backend.
If you haven’t paid for your visa interview, you can always submit a new DS 160. Assuming this is for your visa stamping, it’s at the time of scheduling interview you’d link DS160 to your profile. Until then you can submit as many DS160s until everything looks right.
Call them and they will make those changes
You can update da 160 until the last minute. It's just that you have to the print of latest data 160 copy when they asked you to submit one.. I attended 3 interviews so far. And had been done the updates until last second. Make sure you give the right information, don't worry about no of attempts you took..
Good luck op
Already scheduled my visa interview
Thanks everyone!
Thanks SA1,did you take you take your ds-160 to your ofc appointment and they used the new one or did you update your ustraveldocs profile?
