I use a scale by Renpho. It’s very accurate, body fat, muscle mass, bone ect. It works so well my dietitian even uses the results in my plan.

You can use callipers to measure.
Calipers are probably the best at-home option. Other options (if available nearby) would include hydrostatic weighing or bio electrical impedance analysis at a local gym or health center.

I use a Withings scale. I don’t think it’s overly accurate for body fat percentage but I think it’s directionally correct - meaning it reflects increases and decreases somewhat accurately for the same person.
Any decently recent electronic scale shows your body fat too
