They take things away from you in order for you to fail. They begin to scrutinize you like you've never been scrutinized before. In team meetings, their tone with you is significantly more rough than with your colleagues. You find that you're presenting excuses instead of results to your sales management.

If you are having to ask, you know it’s happening. A huge win in my accounts or when I presented a big strategy to win always got me back in good graces with those types of managers. Managers can make or break your job.

Been there before. They will have unreasonable expectations and whatever you do will never be enough. You might be singled out. “We’re not having any issues with any of your teammates”
They may micromanage everything.
They will ask you to perform tasks that take a lot of your time which take you away from your goals and targets which you are managed by.

Take the package and start looking for a job now. It should line up where you get a package to leave and get a new job.

Theyll start taking accounts away

What signs do you feel you've been seeing so far already?

Hello everyone.

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it II be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Can anybody guide me regarding this.

I’ve been a general manager for a convenience store for almost 2 years now. I have raised profit after variable expenses by 13% compared to last year, and exceeding budgets in almost every category except for turnover. I got an 11% raise last year, but still only make $55k. My store profits about 17k a month on inside sales, and 160k a month in fuel. I think I deserve more, but I don’t know how to ask for it, and don’t know how to begin a job search aside from indeed. Any advice?

I am a sales rep and have worked extremely hard to build a large book of business. Every year upper management seems to find a way to cut commissions and make my hard work, worth less. Is this common? It’s pretty draining to work harder and get paid less year over year even though you’re typically getting more business. I don’t feel valued. Do more for less? Any other great sales companies/ industries that people are happy with and compensated accordingly? Preferably uncapped commissions

Hi everyone! First time posting here. I am in a good sales role at my current company but it’s my first solid AE role in the tech industry. I am interested in exploring other opportunities as I know there are a lot out there, but is anyone else worried about the current economic state? I’m worried that if I find a new position for a new company and the economy going to sh** that I am worried about job security. Anyone else feel this way?
