I’m seeking advise from fishers. My brother in law is going to university next year. He was engineering (which is one of the worse decisions someone can do from my experience LOOL). I told him if anything he should do managment engineering which he got accepted to. He also got accepted to Mcmaster- information management systems. Which in my opinion you get a bit of everything! I’ve been thinking of making a switch from audit to TAS. I’m currently a S1 (2 busy seasons experience), and rated as a top performer at my firm. I’m contacted by Kroll, but recruiters there told me that since I haven’t got any TAS experience, I should be applying for their Analyst role instead of Senior Associate. Honestly, I want to switch to TAS but not that desperate to leave my firm. Anyway, I just wonder if you guys have the same situation and usually how long it takes to get promoted?
