How charging time under APA (Approved absence) affects your utilization?

Has anyone utilized WF brokerage account? Looking for an account where I could do both Mf/ETF as well as stocks and this seems to be a good option with low fees.

A previous employer reached out and offered me a Senior Product Designer role with a 40% increase base salary. I am considering this, as I have been feeling under utilized at my current role + dealing with of uncertainty lately. But I would be forfeiting a lot of RSUs if I leave. I am in the middle of my vesting period (2/4 yrs), and this year alone would have 256 shares vesting (~$500 share price). The new role will come with shares, but at a small share price. Anyone had similar experience?

Edit: What is the best way to tell a PM or a PEP that this project isn't for you, and that it doesn't align with your career goals without getting kicked off too soon to negatively impact your utilization? The project is ABSOLUTELY horrendous and a mess. It is glorified admin work which is not what I want to do. Is there a way to tell that to senior management without getting a negative reaction?

How should I navigate through this? Still wanna maintain a good relationship with the partner and EY, but been so close of just hanging up the call several times.

a senior manager gave me 100-110 hours of work a week for 2 weeks, i'm talking weekend teams calls for hours on end, late nights and early mornings. She then sent the budget for the 2 weeks and only gave me 24 hours per week to bill - has this ever happened to you? i don't care if you at least give me 40 but come on at least let my utilization be 100%

I am interested in a clinical manager position for my company that performs utilization reviews for skilled nursing facilities. Currently I am clinical coordinator performing those reviews but I want to move into management. What type of salary can I expect.

Does anyone else in public accounting feel bogged down by the need to be constantly billable. Had my first real trigger though yesterday when I was stuck in the car with the kids fighting in the back. Didn’t give in but I seriously felt like I needed it.
