Ecological fallacy. They’re not all the same house keeper
Tipping housekeepers is sort of dying with young people, I was at a hotel once and they said maybe 3-5 rooms per day leave anything. my guess is they clean the same regardless, and the service level is more the hotel than the actual person. Internationally may be rude to tip certain places, could be seen as offensive

i leave $5 a day than a tip at just at end…means it actually goes to the person who cleans than the person who got my departure day cleaning shift. i can’t say if there is a noticeable difference if un tipped but hope at least the person cleaning is in a better frame of mind
