Has anyone received an offer letter from EXL (Inductis India Pvt Ltd) that was extremely restrictive and reading which felt like one is signing up for going to prison rather than get employment? No leave policy mentioned, hundreds of paragraphs of worst case scenarios, pathetic salary breakup, etc. ?

Not at all comfortable. It actually is safe to think that if the conditions were good, we'd be there instead of our present workplaces.
I think it would feel like taking a big step backwards for me.
It depends....If you hv really enjoyed and were happy at that time and moved just because of hike or some personal reason , thn it's fine to rejoin again if getting good hike again.
Very comfortable. It is a fallback option for me
I've done it before. That's why I make sure to never burn a bridge. If a better opportunity comes up at a previous employer, I'd most likely take it.
I wouldn't mind if it was under the right circumstances (pay, remote work, position)
I would not - I feel like I got the most out of all my previous positions and left at the right time. Unless it's like a crazy senior role and/or crazy salary hike, I'd rather go somewhere new to continue my professional development
I would love to, they were a great company but I had to relocate.
