I got selected for TCS recently and 4th July is my joining date. I was selected for 15 LPA. My concern is i have a small kid who is 10 month old and i dont want to leave her to maids. I am getting higher package offers like Nagarro permanent wfh. But i am hearing that Tcs will be good for WLB and less work stress. Is this true?
