Most of the time, romantic relationships are okay, so long as you disclose them. Read the wording of your HR policy VERY closely. An activity that is “discouraged” is not the same as one that is “prohibited”.
No one knows NOW but something may come up in the future. Also if things go south, they can do something to affect your job. You have to remember that person is going to do whatever they need to to save their job long before they try to save yours.
Only dangerous if it doesn’t work out in my opinion. Then it’s super awkward.

Do what makes you happy, no fraternizing policies are antiquated….no one should tell you whom you can date on your personal time. Just keep it professional at all times, don’t let it interfere with work. When you’re working you’re working. Personal time is personal time.
weigh the pros and cons..i like my supervisor myself but its not mutual. i think work romance is a little bit complicated
If you don't think you are going to be serious enough for one or both of you to leave that job to keep the relationship, leave it alone. If you think it's the real thing, give it a shot. I've seen married doctors and RN's who met at work. (prep your resume just in case)
How can a company literally dictate who gets it on with who in that company?! Tell them to mind their business.

I learned this at very young age of 19. Don’t do it!! It always gets a round snd when it doesn’t work out it’s awkward. My last job for example a girl was sleeping around with CO now a rumor going around she is giving herpes to all the men she slept with.
