EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

The path chooses you. They all require different skills and your skillset probably is a better fit for one of them. If you want to focus on one that isn’t in your skillset, you’ll need to change your skillset.
Not sure I buy this. The beauty of MBA recruiting is that you’ve got a pretty clean slate entering going for any of these options. IB was a bit tougher on people for their grades in specific courses (consulting didn’t care at all) but nothing you couldn’t achieve if you really wanted it.
I just think that realistically you can’t focus intently on both IB and MBB recruiting as there would be many clashes and the interview prep doesn’t overlap that much. FAANG seemed to recruit later (especially second year) so it’s likely you can give it a good shot after if that’s what you want.
It’s really tough to effectively prep for all 3 of those at once and you’ll bump into many conflicts during the cycles / timelines won’t match up.
I focused on MBB and select FAANG / tech where it made sense. Didn’t get MBB in Y1, ended up doing summer at FAANG and joined M full time
Would you move to FAANG post MBB
