Joined as an 'experienced hire' (SA) 3 yrs ago at $70k. 1st raise, 74k. Promo to C1 after two years, 80k. Based in SF, & have always felt under compensated - should I stick around or move on?
Whats going on EY appreciate gift ordering site. Its been 3 months since I have ordered things, every time I raise a ticket they are lying that it will take 3 weeks to fix, but its 3 months now. As I prepared to file my notice, the partner of the firm called me and asked me to stay. They’re willing to promote me mid year in December and increase salary next year in August. The current offer I have gives 60% pay increase and Partner still can’t match that offer after promotion. Firm leadership says here I have potential to be a partner in 8 years and talk about all the leadership support I have rn which is fair. Is this one of their tactics to make me stay or should I just leave…
How bad does it look to leave immediately after a promotion? Want to leverage the higher level for external offers, and don't want to waste time, but I also don't want to burn the bridge w/ my firm

Got the call today about promotion - super excited for this next leg. Also a bit nervous given performance expectations and the market right now. How can I speak up for myself to my female manager who throws me under the bus often, yells at me, and disempowers me? In public and private. I’m being positively recognized for my work at the director and evp level which will result in a skip level promotion in the new year (not reporting into the current person). I’m truly struggling to find the right words to my immediate manager. It baffles my mind how women are still not speaking up for other women and empowering them. Please help!!
I agree with you PWC. To my advantage I work really close to the partner and senior managers and managers of my group. It helped me move up to senior in two years and I'm looking into a manger promotion within a year as per the partners suggestion. I'm scared if he knows I'm gay that it might hurt my chances of moving up fast.

What’s the resignation process at EY? Read in a post that you have to raise the request in an internal portal. Female minority here: my coach simply didn’t put me up for promotion even tho I had a business case, am deserving, smart, and shattered sales goals at the M level. I should easily be a SM at my firm but my coach claims he’s too busy and hasn’t pushed for it. Would you go to HR or is this like treason/backstabbing? How will it be perceived and don’t want it to backfire but god damn it I deserve to be promoted with all the male shitheads I am hearing were. Any advice is appreciated.
Am I undervalued? Acct Mgr, 6.5 years experience at the same company, top performer, logistics, $3bn company. I made presidents club for 2019, and still didn’t top $100k (made $97k all in) . My territory started at around $3.5m in 2015 and is now $10m/yr. I cold call, prospect, and am responsible for on boarding and growing accounts no warm leads, and then take care of customer’s accounts and satisfaction. 2017-2020 my annual take home (incentive+salary) was between $95-97k. Just heard that the new PwC hires are getting around 75k out of undergrad in NYC. I started at 65 and am at 76 a year later (in NYC). Does this mean I'll get some sort of a large raise?
