Reading a lot and everything. Stephen King has a fantastic book called On Writing that helped me in middle school.
I got some advice early on to write how you’d speak. You’re usually much more relaxed and colloquial in delivering information when talking to someone vs more formal (and formulaic) business when writing.
Read your briefs out load or present causally to a colleague for feedback.

If you prefer verbally communicating over typing. Try using dictation on your computer. This might feel more natural and you can edit after you express your thoughts.
take some classes on journalistic writing, short story writing, & poetic writing!
Reading and writing poetry. Poets and strategists share a goal of concisely, evocatively helping decode societal systems.
Ohhh, I love this response. Songwriters are another good source of inspiration. A great lyricist can truly evoke emotions with their words.
Outside of reading, start critiquing creative or powerful copy. Pay attention and record examples that you see on a daily basis. Either in your industry or outside of it. Think about the WHY behind it, why is this effective or engaging? Then ask how can I do the same thing. You don't need to reinvent the wheel, take effective copy/insights and tweak it to the needs of the project.

If you're not sure what to write, this is a site I just learned about typelit.io - basically you just type stories that are in the public domain. This might passively help build your skills, and become a faster typer!
There are lots of live virtual classes you can take at different writing schools. I’ve found those have helped a lot!
