Have a great day everyone! Things will be ok.
Q: for FAANG recruiters, do candidates get a reject stamp after failing even at the later stages?
I advanced to the last stage at Facebook (Meta) around a year ago but failed on my last interview, a combination of not being familiar with the process and not having chemistry with the interviewer.
A friend who is a hiring manager recently recommended me and this time without even a HR call I received a straight up thanks but no thanks email.
Does this mean I’ve been permanently black listed?

Buy Ring. I have 3 of them outdoor wireless and subscription is only $30 per year for one camera. Sorry op - not the answer for ur specific scenario
I actually have this from 2017. At that time I did a ton of research, compared Arlo , Nest and few others before I went with Ring. Have been happy so far. My batteries last almost 2 months. Now there r quite a lot more choices and there might be deals now. Lot of reviews for ring were around battery changing frequently but this is something based on ur usage - heavy notifications, flash light on etc . Also there is an additional solar panel you can buy as a backup.
Paid $40 per camera for installation. Guy had to run 2x100+ feet cat6 cables so he charged $50 extra.
How did you go about finding such a person? That seems reasonable
Aren't there cameras that have wifi and batteries so that way you avoid having to run wires or drill holes?
I'm in the market looking for cameras as well, please let me know the brand you went with. Thanks!
The problem is storage.
Wireless models are good but they only come with cloud storage on a subscription model (Arlo, Euphy, Blink etc.,) The best option seems to be Wyze V3, it is CHEAP, has local storage but is wired
