Following! For me, it was waking up dreading the day’s work, anxiety and stress during the day and going to bed exhausted and unhappy, knowing I have to wake up to do it all over again. About to make the leap soon and looking forward to it

To be honest, you won't know until you get to the new firm.
Not to add to your anxiety, but I moved from Firm A thinking I was in a worst possible place until I moved to Firm B - the latter being so toxic and in every aspect worse. Hated every single minute of my 364 days there.
I moved onto Firm C, which is my current firm (been here 5 years now), and weird as it may sound, I don't dread my Sunday evenings or Monday mornings. I absolutely love going to work irrespective of the demands and hours.
So don't dread the move, and more importantly, don't be afraid to move again to find the right firm for you.
Super helpful A4. Thank you!!
Just made the change and I even liked my old firm. But new firm was a great opportunity! I had nerves and jitters and still kind of do but trust your gut and instincts! I’m also excited and glad I made the move.
In any role, I want to either be able to see where I’ll be at that firm in five years, or where my work at the firm can take me in five years. If I don’t have a good answer to that, it may be a good time to move!
