Hi Friends, I am working as SA2 in PwC IAC, ITAC SAP Audit. I have completed 2 years in my current role. I am expecting Manager role in the next month appraisal. But in last month I got market correction and my package become 17lakhs per annum. I attended two interviews and I am being offered 19lakh per annum as Senior Solution Advisor in Deloitte and 19.5 lakh per annum as Manager in Protiviti. Please advice me on how to take decision whether to move or stay back in PwC. Thanks in Advance.

Yep, that’s about how it goes.
Owned a small brand on my own. Hands off bosses. Account taught me the biz.
My first boss was an amazing mentor and teacher of all things pharma and client interactions
Aw, thank you!
Showing up, being present and available, always done before someone asks, being better at time management than my bosses, working for bosses who didn't care to stay involved, learn and understand the processes by observation if no one is training you, make mistakes and learn from them, just don't make the same mistake everytime. Ask for help, you will be surprised at how much people are willing to help!
By doing. And hopefully having a good mentor. Or even someone who can pass along examples to you.
Two back to back launches with a revolving door of managers 🙃
Also, I would encourage you to speak up if you don’t know the lingo. There are too many damn acronyms. Ask. Other people in the meeting will be thankful. No creative I’ve ever met came into this thing knowing what “PDUFA” meant. And! Befriend seasoned account folks who have a good handle on the processes and have good historical knowledge of the client (which I know, duh.) But the closer you can be to the process and the thinking of the reviewers, the easier it will be to bend the rules.
