Can any JPMorgan Chase employee confirm how long it takes for them to revert back after sharing documents?
It's been a week now. Post final round, I got a mail from HR that they had found me suitable for a position, and instructed me to share payslips/offer letter with them.
Haven't heard back from them since.

Hello,
I have an accepted offer from Amazon with start date early next month. With the hiring freeze in place I am worried that layoffs will be next and new hires are more at risk when it comes to layoffs. This is making me wonder if it is good time to switch. Would really appreciate some input in this matter.

Imo Deloitte and Accenture are leagues above Infosys
Imo consulting firms and product based companies are apples and oranges. Not sure about others but I'd pick a product based company over a consulting firm right now (might change my opinion in the future)
Infosys is not comparable to the other two and is at the bottom in most aspects (culture, pay, etc.)
Think this is a little outdated, specifically on the pay front. US consulting has a good and improving culture from my experience so far as well.
Never go full witch
Deloitte=Accenture> Infosys
Having worked for both Deloitte and Accenture also for an IBP like LTI
The cultures are very different.
Accenture - hardcore long hours and rewarding in the log run, it is no childs play you work hard
Deloitte - very strict environment due to their main business audit, you have little room for outside business interests, I loved being there because promotions aren’t hard to get
As for infosys very good experience in BPO
I interviewed with Infosys and didn't like them. They had a clear obsession with rote memorization, asking me java syntax questions
When I turned them down I got emails trying to schedule another interview from several recruiters, several times a week for months. I politely decline the first few and eventually started blocking them. No thank you Infosys. Sounds like an awful place to work
Yep my personal experience it was a total cluster.
The HRs were all galvanting around in an authoritarian high and interview me for a senior position. With a different salary slab and then outright lied that I verbally accepted it and they were freaking going to give me 5k sign on bonus .
Don’t ever go with such toxic culture . They suck and then I heard my former colleagues story who was an SDE with Microsoft technologies and was the only one carrying the burden and absolutely no growth prospects . He left within 4
Months
Deloitte and Accenture seem to have similar cultures, with accenture being more focused on tech. Definitely very future forward. Deloitte is also great, can’t speak to Infosys except the reputation isn’t equal to those 2.
Deloitte is far more polished as it’s less focused on pure staff aug SI model
Infosys should not be in the same sentence 🤦♂️
