Got a rejection from McKinsey final round due to PEI. The feedback I got was that I need to: 1. Be more specific on my individual actions and 2. Communicate my individual goals and behaviour in the situation and focus less on the scenario. Would McK fish provide any insights on the degree of personal focus that is desired? Trying to extract the most out of this to improve. I'm a bit confused since I did provide my individual actions and rationale that led to the outcome.
