How difficult is to lean golang?

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

My fit bit showed me that I’m sleeping less than 4.5 hours every night. Which is pretty accurate from when I go to sleep to when I wake up. Gotta love being a lawyer

Starting on my journey to sobriety today from sex addiction. I’ve been clean from alcohol for several years but my therapist has pushed me to start attending AA meetings in addition to SAA meetings. I know I can’t overcome this alone.

I’m really struggling mentally. The understanding of how insanely busy and overwhelming it will be because of this COVID-19 crap is giving me severe anxiety and panic attacks. I want to leave so badly but no one is hiring right now. I don’t know what to do. I feel trapped with no way out.

My company recently changed my commission plan by capping half of our variable payout, resulting in the sales reps making roughly 30% less on commission checks when going over quota. I share a birthday with a sibling, which I love because it's a reason to be together and because I don't much care about my own birthday anyway. This year I told her (again) that I don't like that, and my husband backed me up during the convo, and she's making an effort to make me a birthday cake I'll really love!! We haven't always had a great relationship and it means a lot to me that she's trying. 🥺
