I’ve been working in Valuations for the last 7 years. I’ve hit VP level and I’m not interested in moving up further for multiple reasons. I’m evaluating a few exit ops that I’ve been interviewing for: Portfolio Mgmt Senior Associate in PE, Head of Finance at a seed stage startup, and 2 separate Corp Dev roles (one with a data center company, another with a Self Storage PE). Thoughts on what each role might entail from folks that have made the change, or which one sounds like the best opp?

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation.
