Hello there I’m looking for feedback, I’m going to be graduating with a Cyber Security Degree this May, and I’m currently working as a desktop support Tech and would like to know what are my odds on getting an cyber security job/interview now with a big tech company without a having the actual degree. I could send my resume or linked in if needed for review. I have professional experience but just recently made the jump to IT but have 5+years of management experience and 7+ sales Google" class="linkified" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >experience.Google Amazon Microsoft Salesforce
Hey just so I understand do you mean like a thread of feedback across all your jobs that's accessible to people outside of those workplaces or at the next workplace? There are a lot of companies that have very formal feedback processes/reviews etc. It would be tricky to have them compiled as each company is so different and people review differently - people might look a little all over the place!
Sort of like a Psychology Today / Health professional rating service. Interesting. The only blowback could be that one could become a people-pleaser as a manager and not focus on the primary aims/work itself? And everyone is going to have a few outlier "Yelp reviews" on their profile and that's tough.
