How do folks feel about the idea to have real feedback from their reporting chain at current company/previous companies. Feedback that would at some level allow focus points on things a person is great at as well as improvements for career progression. Maybe at some point even help with hiring! Want POV from managers as well as reports on whether or not such feedback would be useful, downside to getting such feedback! Appreciate the input

I work in-house on a media team for a B2B organization and I’m the only person on my team who deeply understands media.
