Spoke with the founder of a major investment bank today. Both he and wife are working, obviously very senior positions, despite having close to 500M NW and 20M Manhattan home. I’d have stopped long before that. Rich people puzzle me.
Ok maybe I’m tripping but I don’t think Amy Cooper was 100% in the wrong. If some random guy came up to me and then tried to give my dog random food in a park I’d likely assume the treat was poisoned and feel threatened. Calling the cops was definitely too extra but I think she had a right to be concerned.
How would you answer this question: How would you prioritize resources when you have two important things to do but can’t do them both? In my last interview I said would explore ways to expedite the more important one then immediately shift to the next one as soon as resources free up.
