College seniors, previous company's colleagues are the best bets. Your first manager who you no longer work with is another great bet.
The best mentors could be your Subject Matter experts, because they have a very indepth knowledge of the process and mostly majority of them are very humble.
I've always felt that a strong mentor relationship should be about more than work. Not in any way unprofessional, but what I mean is if you want to learn the most from a mentor, you should be able to get along with them and all outside of just mentor/mentee talking points. Look for chances to cultivate relationships with higher positioned people in your company and when something solidifies, approach them about being your mentor.
