Also, for the role title, I’m a tech analyst, but for the job title, it says I’m a Business Process Dev Analyst. Does anyone have any insight on the differentiation and what it means?

You multiply your rating by 2, add 3 to it, Divide 3, subtract 2
You'll also get an email telling you to check DNet for your "compensation statement"
Go to talent on demand now, click on compensation statement and you'll see you were given information for your bonus this year last August. It tells you what your bonus would be if you got a 3 and then a range. Highest on range is if you got a 1. A 2 would be somewhere between the highest range and the 3 percentage.

Yes. Promotion raise and merit raise are separate. This is just for bonus.
