How do I follow up an application (first interview after HR screening) to find out if they decided to endorse my application to the hiring manager? I was told they would endorse me and I should probably wait a bit. But I mean they didn’t initiate contact after a month so it’s probably a no, but I’d still like to have some closure. Any suggested wording? Thanks!

"Better rude than sued" is just the policy at some companies. You may not hear back because they're "not allowed" to officially reject your app. Ghosting is the new reality. It sucks but whatcha gonna do?

Ah, I was thinking of the generic went with someone with more experience or qualifications more aligned type of responses but I see what you mean. Thanks!

A month without a message from HR. Isn’t it a red flag? I would expect to receive a follow up within a few days after interview

I’m not expecting favorable news but I’d just like closure so I can move on. But the one who interviewed me also hinted at that sort of time frame, and it’s also similar to when I got the interview sched after the HR screening

Also HR said that I can work from Anywhere so it means I need not relocate. Is this true?
Any clarity would be appreciated!
