Does anyone know if you could file a non-automatic and an automatic change on the same 3115? I have a situation where a non-automatic change needs to be filed to move items from building to 5 and 15 year property as a result of a cost seg. Also want to do the automatic change from 40 to 30 years ADS for Residential Real Property under 163j. Missed the deadline to file the non-automatic in 2020 and doesn’t make sense to do the 40 to 30 change first.

Do you think we should pursue promotions harder since we're statistically in fewer leadership roles? Or is it more strategic to wait for your work to speak for itself?
