I’ve been practicing for 6 years in-house at a media company (was a startup when I joined and is now more established), straight out of law school. Due to the small nature of our team (3 legal members), I have been involved in all areas of our business and even advise c-suite frequently about legal risks. Looking for advice on how to deal with team constantly buying unhealthy "snacks" (donuts, cookies, candy) that just sit in the team room with us all day and it's so hard to not eat. I know ultimately it's my responsibility to resist but it's maddening how much harder it is when the food is right in front of you. I offered to be in charge of team snacks but people still bring in this unhealthy crap anyways. The additional temptation has made me fall off the wagon and I've already gained weight since joining the team. Please help 🐠 fam, this is really destroying me.
Whats the benefit of taking casein instead of whey later in the evening? I get that its slower release but does that mean anything - does the protein get absorbed better or what?

I struggle to actually eat a meal to satiation unless it’s with someone I’m super super comfortable with… in most business situations involving conversation I just can’t do both at the same time and walk away from the meal feeling just unsatisfied
I got sick on April 27th... Very Small Fever, Fatigue, and Head Ache. It went away after two days, but I have a lingering cough still. I have my 2nd dose vaccine appointment today. I still have the cough, should I wait to get the vaccine?

I keep waking up at 2am and can never fall back asleep. I have tried everything. Therapy, melatonin, valerian root, meditating, etc. There was a sleeping pill I was taking but it made me drowsy and gain weight. Has anyone had any success beating insomnia?
Trying to understand how best to proceed with getting in shape. I've realized my weight isn't the problem (I mean I could lose a few) but it's flabby & loose (sorry TMI).
