Anything particularly worked for you ? Is it better to be core tech or start looking at climbing the leadership ladder ? Google Amazon Nvidia Qualcomm Microsoft Salesforce
I am a software group manager with 35 folks in 4 teams. What would be the equivalent at Amazon Facebook (Meta) Google ?
What would be the interview requirements for these companies?
I am hearing about system and code interviews.
Thus doesn't make sense to me since I am not there anymore.
Is it really required for these companies?
Please advise.

You are
You hate life, you're apatehtic, you have no desire to do anything but binge watch Netflix
If you have to ask, you probably are. Do you drag through the day? Do you have little interest in what you are doing?
Hm this actually makes me wonder and genuinely question - how do the symptoms we're experiencing and stating in this thread differ from being depressed? Is there a difference?
If you're asking, you could be already.
For me, I know I'm burnt out if I don't want to get out of bed and dread doing onto the computer. Or when I get constant migraines, neck/shoulder aches, waking up with tired eyes. Not energized. Etc
I feel like community involvement is still self serving because it's a line on my resume
Does everything you do feel dragging? Easily tired, no motivation at all? Could be burnout already.
I wish lol, no I barely leave my house
I had to ask myself the same question!! But if you dig deep and realize that the process of confronting burnout is in itself a red flag, you probably are burnt out
I guess I'll just sulk and wallow in self pity lol
You can tell when you're annoyed at the little things and you're always tired
I take longer showers when I'm burnt out
I do this as well. What I do is turn my back to the shower and sit on the floor
