This is exactly why no agricultural reforms took place in the last 50 years. It was political hara kiri to do anything meaningful. You incentivize farmers in two states to grow rice and wheat with zero linkage to market demand. Then buy it up at above market prices and store it in godowns where it rots for decades because no there’s demand for those amounts. Farmers keep flooding their lands using free electricity to grow rice and causing a slow motion ecological disaster to the water table

Finding leads is becoming my bottleneck.
How do you guys find leads consistently?
I've used Google searches, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase (trial) and some other tools. I feel like I've exhausted all leads and lucky to nail down 10 new ones a day.
Any tips on getting more?

I am a manager of a small team. There was a complaint about one of my employee's peformance sent to my boss, but rather than take it up with me, he essentially forwarded the complaint to all memebrs of his management team (myself and my peers). Is this...something to be concerned about? It is almost as if he is saying my opinion alone doesn't matter...strange.
Anyone hiring in the DC area? Jr system admin roles.? 9 years of DST. Want something more challenging
I'm a TPM early in my career and trying to better understand my career trajectory and options. I think I would excel in a lot of roles (tech-adjacent --> strategy, biz ops, etc), so my primary motivation is to find a product/service that I value and an passionate about, as well as optimize comp to an extent. Is there any way to secure a pay raise besides threatening to leave for a better offer? I tried to talk to my manager and he said “maybe at this time next year”, but suddenly after giving my notice the raise became possible now. I just feel bitter and want to leave anyways.

My firm has threatened to fire the lowest performing employees in order to save labor costs. I don't think I'm the lowest performing, but have no way to check. Should I just start working much harder?
I’m 36 and have been working for the same company in Boston for almost 12 years. They seems to value me (~ 200k/year TC). The work is usually challenging enough, but I feel I’m no longer learning as much. I’m thinking about transitioning to a managerial role, mostly because I feel I’ve reached the top of the ladder. Should I stay and become a manager or find another job somewhere else with better comp and more tech levels to climb? Suggestions?

You hate life, you're apatehtic, you have no desire to do anything but binge watch Netflix
If you have to ask, you probably are. Do you drag through the day? Do you have little interest in what you are doing?
Hm this actually makes me wonder and genuinely question - how do the symptoms we're experiencing and stating in this thread differ from being depressed? Is there a difference?
If you're asking, you could be already.
For me, I know I'm burnt out if I don't want to get out of bed and dread doing onto the computer. Or when I get constant migraines, neck/shoulder aches, waking up with tired eyes. Not energized. Etc
I feel like community involvement is still self serving because it's a line on my resume
Does everything you do feel dragging? Easily tired, no motivation at all? Could be burnout already.
I wish lol, no I barely leave my house
I had to ask myself the same question!! But if you dig deep and realize that the process of confronting burnout is in itself a red flag, you probably are burnt out
I guess I'll just sulk and wallow in self pity lol
You can tell when you're annoyed at the little things and you're always tired
I take longer showers when I'm burnt out
I do this as well. What I do is turn my back to the shower and sit on the floor
