Thoughts on Kevin Samuels?
I was selected in TCS in May 2022. Had accepted the offer but didn't complete further process(BGV and all). Now I am getting innumerous numbers of calls daily from TCS to attend the interview. So I attended one yesterday and got selected as well. Now they're asking me to complete profile on TCS ibegin portal. But it is saying duplicate profile found(due to PAN no.) as I had already accepted offer few months back from some different email id. And my profile is still there in the system. What should I do?

Lol P1 this is a terrible time to start trading options due to extreme volatility. Volatility changes by like 30 basis points and you have lost a chunk of your investment. Practicing in low volatile scenarios lets you understand true option movement better and actually make plays based on what you expect. In the current situation, you can place a put, the option price can essentially not change, but you make/lose money just because volatility.
OP - there are plenty of places to learn 101, I did on Youtube but TD has a lot of materials you can read as well

TDAmeritrade has a huge number of videos and on-line courses. Their trade desk is very helpful.
The basic concept is selling options is much higher probability than buying options.
You will do this through defined risk trades, such as covered calls, and spreads. Price spreads and time spreads to start.
Make sure you understand what your doing before you start trading options. Use simulation apps and amounts if needed.
This is a perfect time because of the extreme volatility. Everyone is placing puts, but there are some cheap calls with a lot of upside if this market turns around.
May I ask what cheap calls would you consider?
Thanks for the perspective. Appreciate it !
