It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release. I cannot travel back to Nagpur vijaywada is my nearest location. Please suggest how I can proceed.
Any one knows about Navistar Project?
Joined nagarro yesterday. Updated skills and then suddenly i got a project match by email. Its saying one tech, but the manager or point contact is saying there requirement is in another tech stack. How to find the truth in this case? Do these managers simply reject developers without reason? Will it affect my carreer in nagarro? Is there any way to watch out the matches i have in TAP Nagarro

This job is tiring
The lesser step, and one that will instantly make you feel like the 2-ton weight has been lifted off, is to communicate that you cannot meet the deadline. Sometimes what we are worshiping isn’t the job, but our pride. A lot of our pain is self-inflicted. If you’re unable to meet the deadline, it is almost certainly a function of having other, more important work. Or it is simply an impossible ask. Communication cures all, and it is worth a shot before quitting. Don’t suffer in silence, raise the flag.
This. If it’s an impossible deadline, say so. Don’t set yourself up to fail.

If you're managing it, you should get to set the timeline. If it's nonbillable, no one should give you any flack over it.

Anything non-billable gets immediate pushback from me and then I intentionally move it to the very very bottom of my list. Only topic I’ll ask for deadline extensions too, always cc’ing a partner and mentioning I’d need to push billable client work off a bit. I do not care. F*ck outa here with that.

Pay off the loans, don’t take out a big mortgage, and start aggressively investing. That cured me of caring so much about the job.
