Offer: Fintech 135 base + 30 % bonus + 100 k RSU Current: $120 k + 10 % bonus I feel like I should be shooting for 155-175 k base in this market - is that unreasonable?
Are paid interview prep bootcamps worth it? I see programs that charge hefty sums like 5% of your new salary, but only if you land the job you want. They aren't worth it for lateral moves but could they help me exit consulting to an amazing tech product role?
