How do LTIs work? If I am getting 75k LTI annually will my payouts be as follows if 3 year vesting: Y0: 0, Y1: 25k, Y2: 50k, Y3: 75k? Do the stock value go up overtime that I can get as well or do I just get the original stock value?

Any advice for an experienced HR professional with SHRM-SCP? I was downsized from my last job as a VP of Admin wanted to go with Coordinator/Assistant structure.
